Paper Submission & Author Guidelines
Paper submission due: September 1 September 15, 2024
Requirements for Submissions
Papers must be original, unpublished full papers, written in USA English.
Paper must be at least 10 pages but not exceeding 15 pages, including abstract, figures, tables and references.
The authors team restriction is five persons maximum.
Cascade citations will be considered as a low level of elaboration of the source base of the study.
The references should cover the modern results of international research published in the past 3-10 years. The citation of each source in the references must be substantiated.
Self-citations must not exceed 15%.
Neither plagiarism nor self-plagiarism should take place. Submitted papers will be checked with Unicheck or StrikePlagiarism services. The final plagiarism check will be carried out by the Publisher. Detailed information about Springer ethics policy may be found on Springer source.
The submitted papers must be pdf-files. Make best efforts to embed all fonts (as in final submissions) since the lack of this may cause problems for the reviewers.
Papers not satisfying these criteria will be excluded from the review.
Template
All submitted papers must use Springer templates, either LaTex or Microsoft Word (alternative source on MODS-Drive), obtained from the previous link. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the "Information for Authors of Springer Proceedings".

Review process
All papers will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and the authors will be notified about the acceptance via email. Acceptance of submitted papers will be based on quality, novelty and relevance to the Conference.
Final Paper Submission
All papers go through a plagiarism detection process.
The final paper submission has to follow these steps:
- Create pdf file.
- Download the paper
- Sign Springer Copyright form (will be provided after the decision on acceptance).
